Super Sports Fun Friday's Nights ( With all the Fancy Language Features

Kumusta, welcome back to my blog,

This week we been writing stories with language features. Now we learn a lot of language features. We make a sport writing because last week it was our last winter sport. But I will tell about because it's almost going to end. If you don't about language features here's a recap and a example.

  1. Onomatopoeia - ‘Bang’
  2. Metaphor - “You are the sun!’
  3. Personification “The clouds danced across the sky.”
  4. Hyperboles - “I was so embarrassed I would have stuck my head in the toilet to hide.”
  5. Alliteration - “It was time for super Sunday sports.”
  6. Dialogue - “Don’t move,” Ellenessa whispered.

So before we do the sports writing we answer questions about: who why what when where and how. We write it with ideas on bullet points. Then we highlighted the different language features with colors. Then we write what we did on winter sports. Here's the what bullet points.

Here a photo of me playing hockey and the writing :

Tomorrow it’s going to be fun Friday night’s super sports. I will talk about it and I

will be using language features. You will be wondering what sport I will be talking about. Well it’s basketball and we played at winter time in term 3. But there’s only three games before term 3 is over. Now I will be talking about how our game works. When we arrived at Middleton school we waited outside for other players on our team.

When I was first in Middleton I looked at the team and my mind said that they were tough. I was so scared that my heart almost got out of my chest.

Thank you for checking out on my blog and make sure you comment down below. Thank you and have a great time with your father on father's day.

  1. KIA ORA RENZ,
I like how you wrote about you playing hockey with your team for winter sports.
I also like that you have added a photo of you playing hockey.
I have a question how do you stop the hockey ball if you need to turn around.
